Harold Ware, Maxavenue Founder and CEO

As a third-generation entrepreneur, Harold has decades of experience in building successful companies.

Since 2004, Harold has empowered real estate agents to win virtually every listing and buyer with the world’s most highly-differentiated, consumer-centric, branded value propositions for buyers and sellers.

He has trained over 8,000 top agents and up to 1,000 independent brokers across the USA and Canada. His goal is to help agents create a strategic competitive advantage so powerful that they can exponentially scale their sales volume and create a business they can sell for up to millions when they retire.

Harold is the creator of Maxavenue’s revolutionary Millionaire Agent Business Model. To prove to agents the incredible power of this model, he created his own real estate team in 2012. Harold’s team went from zero sales and zero agents in month one to selling almost 300 homes and earning more than $6 million* in commissions by the end of month twelve. Year two, his team sold close to 500 homes generating over 12 million* in sales commissions and went on to sell more than $1 billion in real estate within a few years.

I’m a tech enthusiast who thrives on challenges that others might find frustrating or even hate. With a background in Information Technology since the ’90s, I’ve honed my skills in integrating email servers with various devices, including the iconic Palm Pilot, Blackberries, and Apple devices.

 

In 2007, when my husband ventured into real estate, I couldn’t help but notice the industry’s inefficiencies. He was using a Yahoo email address, managing clients on spreadsheets, and racing back and forth to find files. It was a comedy of errors! Determined to streamline his business, I soon discovered that these challenges were pervasive across the industry. Now, my mission is to rescue overwhelmed agents, infuse humor, and work my tech magic to transform their lives.

 

Christopher Albanese

Christopher is an experienced Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of real estate-related experience and accomplishments including the Platinum Club, Chairman’s Club, Hall of Fame, Triple Diamond status and Lifetime Achievement awards with RE/MAX. Since embracing new opportunities with Exp Realty, Chris has co-founded a highly successful team of agents and achieved ICON Agent status annually.

His journey has included owning 3 RE/MAX brokerages with over 150 agents, selling vacation rental properties, and hosting a myriad of real estate seminars.

 

Christopher’s passions lie in teaching others how to set goals, budget, and invest in order to achieve financial freedom.

Russell Mortlock

Russell Mortlock has achieved significant milestones in his first three years in real estate sales. With over $45 million in sales volume in his third year alone, Russell’s career has surpassed even his own expectations. He attributes much of his success to artificial intelligence, which he used to convert 33 online leads last year and secure a notable 39-unit development for his team through an AI-driven marketing system. Additionally, Russell’s proficiency with AI facilitated his team in securing 200 pre-construction units, slated for marketing over the next three years.

Russell is now dedicated to sharing his expertise in AI skills for realtors to achieve exponential business growth, as demonstrated by his own accomplishments. He is eagerly anticipating his appearance alongside other top industry leaders at this year’s Western Canadian Real Estate Expo.

Tamara Stone

With her roots in Kelowna real estate. Tamara was born into the industry, along with her sister and business partner Shannon. Growing up they watched their parents successfully sell and market real estate in Kelowna for a combined 40 years.

 

Continuing in her parents’ footsteps, Tamara strives to evolve and improve in the ever-changing industry. Tamara and Shannon have grown from a team of two, to a full-service boutique brokerage. JP Letnick

JP Letnick has amassed over two decades of experience in Online Marketing and Direct Sales, commencing his entrepreneurial journey in the year 2000.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Letnick has garnered invaluable insights through his tenure in the banking sector from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, he served as a director for an esteemed
international marketing company headquartered in the United States from 2010 to
2021. His commitment to community engagement is evident through his role as a
member of the board of directors for the Kelowna Lake Country Member of
Legislative Assembly from 2016 to 2024. Moreover, he has dedicated his expertise
to the non-profit sector, serving on the board of directors for a housing
development organization from 2021 to 2024.

 

Mr. Letnick’s proficiency in real estate is exemplified by his standing as one of the top 10 real estate agents in Kelowna since 2014, where he leads approximately 13 agents.

Joan Wolf

Meet Joan Wolf, a dedicated Kelowna Sotheby’s International Realtor with a deep-rooted expertise in Big White properties. Joan’s journey in real estate is enriched by her unique global perspective, having lived in over 20 countries across Asia, Europe, Central, and North America. This worldly experience makes her an invaluable asset to foreign buyers navigating the Canadian real estate market.

Growing up with missionary parents, Joan was instilled with a strong foundation of giving back. Her parents’ work in setting up schools for the deaf and assisting orphanages left a lasting impression on her, shaping her belief in the power of community and service. 

Joan started her Real Estate career in 2010, selling properties in Mexico City. In 2015, as a single mother of five beautiful daughters, Joan moved to the Okanagan to continue her Real Estate career.
